Our Commitment to Education and Community Development

2012 Salavan Province

Committed to promoting education, sports, and community development to improve quality of life and create better opportunities for Lao society in a sustainable manner.

Phonesack Group also devotes funds to developing resources to improve the livelihoods of the communities in and around the project locations. For instance, in Salavan Province, Phonesack Group contributed to the construction of a recreational area and dormitory for the Salavan Ethnic Minority Boarding School for the students living and studying there. The recreational area was built in 2012, before which the students did not have a covered area to host different activities.
Phonesack Group also provides scholarship support to a group of disabled students in Vientiane Province, and will continue to support them each year until they complete their high-school education.
