Signed Concession Agreement with the Government of Lao PDR for development of the Gold Mine Project located in Khamkeut District, Bolikhamxay Province.
2010
Signed Concession Agreement with the Government of Lao PDR for development of the Coal Mine Project located in Xekong and Salavan Provinces respectively.
2016
Signed Heads of Agreement (HOA) with the Government of Lao PDR for development of the Xekong Coal-Fired Power Plant Project.
2016
Signed the Tariff MOU with Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) for the Nam Theun 1 Hydropower Project.
2017
Signed Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) for sale of power from the Nam Theun 1 Hydropower Project.

Signed PPA with Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT) for the Nam Theun 1 Hydropower Project.
